After she caught him, they both agreed to visit a marriage counselor to mend the issue. She was still unaware that he was actually assaulting a child aged 14 years. After she realized this he confronted him and after the talk he grabbed her throat and twisted it from one side to the other. This was as per the report that was read during the court proceedings. The investigations revealed an exchange of photos and chats between James and the 14 year old.

The mother to the 14 year old daughter blamed the teacher of robing her daughter of her innocence and childhood. According to the investigations the abuse began an year after his wife discovered that he had been intimately abusing a minor. The court is still in a deliberation on the sentence to give James. However he faces a chance of getting of an imprisonment of not less than 30 years for attempted murder and another not below 15 years. This is after he confessed guilty to the two charges.

This situation has caused so much damage to both families that were affected. The two daughters of James will have to live a life of regret after they watched their mother almost get struggled by their father. The 14 year old is still traumatized from the brutal assault by her teacher.
