Sad to say it sounds like a great idea, perhaps it needs to be taken a few steps more and visit town hall, mayors office etc (all those that vote for this shyt) and make major deposits at the doors and the walkways.
I thought a line of 100 people all taking a shit on the sidewalk might send a pretty shitty message. :)
