It depends on if it's a hat, hoodie, short on long-sleeved shirts, etc. What I can say though is that long-sleeved shirts cost $23.99, short-sleeved shirts cost $20.99, and hoodies are typically $30.99. Shipping takes between 1–2 weeks on average for your product to arrive.

Design
Like I said earlier, ill do as many revisions until the design is perfect. Keep in mind that revisions might be 12 hours to a day's time for the revision to be complete.
