Anyone have shipped from China to US? is Trump Raising costs?

im trying to ship herbs and natural products from China to USA.
but absolutely no freight forwarders on Aliexpress, no forwarders on eBay

and prices on alibaba on the rise, is it that trump already started to tax the chinese incoming shipments?
i cant seem to find anything lower than $10 bucks a kilo (CSSBuy) for small parcels .
thats $200 bucks for a 20kg box, its insane

and other thing, why do ebay (chinese) sellers can ship epacket for dirt cheap, but the rest of us outside of ebay cant?
i asked a chinese seller on alibaba if they could ship via epacket, but they say its not an option
anyone know what is going on?
