This is a song from my 2019 album The Stained. It tells the story of Stan, a rock musician who got addicted to drugs, ruined his life but was saved " by love" as the lyrics go...
Stan is a fictional character but I knew a few real ones who led a similar lifestyle and some of them aren't among the living now.
Don't do drugs, don't waste your precious lives, dear friends. God bless
