Very kind of you @underground We need more people like yourself to keep steemit snowballing. What we don't want is newbies to loose interest and stagnate steemit. The way I see it is the more "everyone" grows, the bigger steemit becomes and we all benifit in the end.

IMO it's not really much more than I have been doing already, just a commitment to do two 100% upvotes daily on new posts. That is less than 5% total Voting Power which will rejuvenate in 6 hours. I did the delegation myself, before the 1kSP Program. I'm hoping that part catches on with the 1kSP :D
