What is Steemit to me?

I am still trying to figure out what I think of Steemit and what I think is good material to share here.

I have read that some people think of it as a netter Reddit, and others that think of it as a blog. I'm not sure if its either.

Steemit has a lot of great advantages over the standard social network, but like a lot of blockchain technology it is very hard to explain to the typical user why its important, so that means I have a hard time targeting my writing to an audience.

To that, I will be using this site as a replacement to my personal blog and simply share. I will share what I am thinking, I will share anything I find interesting, in short I will share.

However, like my blog I won't be sharing consistently and some of the stuff I do share will be wordy and full of value, and other things may just be a picture of a cute kitten.

I wish this network well and hope you are a replacement to my time on Reddit, Twitter and Facebook in the months and years to come.
