Anyone with a reddit account reading this? Go join the sub and upvote the shit out of posts.
Post comments, a bit long ones. Reddit doesn't like hi hello upvoted resteemed or small comments. We want your sub to have more visibility don't we?
Post some great articles you found on steemit. Don't just be a fool and post only your own posts. You can help bring more people to steemit!
Engagement is the most important thing. Go, have healthy conversations with others on the Sub!

Worthy tips! I have joined the sub and share links over there, but somehow they keep on dying without any surfacing....may be I need to tweak a bit :)
No, don't do this! We need active discussion about Steemit's platform and meta information to attract users, not circle jerk. Barring that, post promotion /might/ be okay but only if (4) holds. But at that point I don't think people will comment in both places...
But, acidyo's suggestion about posting in other subreddits with more eyeballs will have more impact for link references anyway.
