RE: A simple trick on how to raise awareness of Steemit on other platforms such as Reddit
Reddit has the option to filter
If only Steem had more content filtering options, maybe it could quickly become much bigger than Reddit!
Nevertheless, I think at the moment Reddit is an awesome place to get some more visibility on your posts and as a Steem showcase at the same time
Soon! :)
Or another front-end. ;)
I'm waiting for it. I'm not tied to steemit.com, if busy, chainbb, zappl, steepshot, or whatever other frontend manages to filter steemit content by rep, post date, author SP and that kind of stuff, with the option to make lists (like on Twitter), I predict curation will become a LOT more popular.
I really have very much respect for all curators nowadays, I don't know how they do it, but I suspect the work is extremely tedious and difficult...
I think the perceived restrictions is to enable the community grow healthily stead..
If it grow with an explosion., won't it affect the currency?
Just saying
Could be. Interesting hypothesis, but I don't think this is done on purpose. It's just the current situation.
Since curation is probably the number one most important thing here and most curators are just dying for more filtering tools, I can imagine it will come soon.
