This is to follow up the initiative of @Automation supporting the minnows. A simple change but will make bidding great again for Minnows.

Few changes for @Shares, result of excellent ROI for Minnows.

• A minimum bid 0.1 SBD/Steem for all minnows to afford it.
• A max limit set to 2.0 SBD/Steem to avoid over bidding, highly recommended to use minimum bid so everyone can participate and have the opportunity to receive an upvote.
• Win a bid not to lose. Limit the round to 90% full to guarantee a minimum of 10% ROI for all bidders.
• 100% vote weight every 2.4 hours (per round).
• 3.5 days is set max post age. @grumpycat bot compliant, he/she will not bother you.
• SBD and Steem is accepted currency.
• Refund is enabled automatically, no waiting time for mistake.
• NO Refund for Blacklisted accounts through "spaminator", "cheetah", "steemcleaners", "mack-bot", "blacklist-a". If any accounts on this list has flagged the post at the time the bid comes in it will be treated as blacklisted. All bids from blacklisted users will be donated to @broadcast steem faucet.
• Self-funded by @Yehey [ Witness ] no SP loans, all proceed will keep @Shares to make it better.
