Growing Magic Mushrooms
There are not a lot of veggies left in the garden. Except for some Brussels sprouts, crosne and Jerusalem artichokes, all beds are empty.
An excellent opportunity to finally plant the giant mushrooms a friend of ours made for us to use as decoration at our 'Steampunk In Wonderland'-themed wedding party last year...
They are so cool!

Cool garden sculptures, those are gonna look great next summer with everything in full bloom! Also - I love jerusalem artichokes, they’re such an underrated vegetable!

I must admit I never tasted Jerusalem Artichockes before. I love experimenting with new veggies in my garden, and it is the first time I have grown them. Later this week, we'll be digging up some to try them. I'm really curious... :0)
