At this time we count about about 110 unique authors/day. In constant progression. Means about 900 people could get a free upvote everyday and they miss it !

The problem is that we can not predict how many people will post every day. What will happen if we give some high votes, and then we cannot vote people who post later ? That's why we created the s2s score. Each vote is calculated in advance, daily. People can get higher votes if they raise their score.
Where there is scoring system, upvote value doesn't match with the quality of post. If someone post a bunch of posts daily which are not up to the mark regarding the post quality, he or she will make high s2s score and will get bigger upvote. A better quality post won't get upvotes in a same way.
At the end of the day, the same result. No benefits of making any good posts.

I would be glad to get answers to these two essential questions:
WHO is that "god", who can determine 100% perfectly - which post has top value, and which - the lowest? These "values" are all so much subjective.
If one thinks that scoring system with SEVEN different criteria is not good enough - is always free to create ( and suggest ) a better one. I have no doubt @share2steem will consider every honest and properly explained suggestion.
That's true, but we cannot judge each post. And we are "only" at nearly 200 posts/day. That's also why we are working with a scoring system. But to be clear, make a lot of posts daily won't make a bigger score. Lots of other criterias are important : delegation, participation on the curation trails...
And to be honest, upvote value never reflected post quality on Steemit... Scoring system or not.
This is the real picture of steem platform.
