My prayer is you will be as strong as Popeye, or stronger, lol
And he eats the spinach soup with anchovies broth. Good thing I add in potatoes and eggs, because he didn't want rice at all. This time I add in also ginger and one small rose onion for extra flavour. As long as he eats it. Doctor said spinach is the best form of fibre for him. And fruit will be papaya.
He is back to eating and I hope he eats more. Eat the spinach and turns strong like Popeye. Okay, I am just saying. He is my Jansen CDH survivor champion boy!

He looks so cute I must really say. Really handsome
Spinach is good vegetable for body builder. Mm yummy.. I like to eat spinach with rice, I mean make it a porridge. Thanks for sharing.
So adorable @iamjadeline ~ It's so commendable that you take the time to make wholesome food for him. This will make so much difference to his whole being as he grows up. He will look back and be very grateful to you. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎
eww that's some healthy food right there :)) I've put "Jansen CDH" into google cuz I thought it's the name of the diagnose and got pictures of your family all over google results haha :D Now I realize, Jansen is his name :D he's the champ indeed! :)
It reminded me of the Popeye song when you mentioned Popeye😂
He really is cute!😉

Good looking boy and it's great he is eating healthy :)
Bless him!
I hate spinach, but if hide it in lasagne or something, it's fine.
Cooked or raw, though, it's just.... gross.
I need to cultivate a tolerance for kale, broccoli, and cauliflower. Cabbage is ok. Lettuce.... meh.
How to convince myself that stuff is better than popcorn....
He is adorable, and this expression is priceless:
My sentiments exactly! when tasked with eating my greens....
