Hai Sahabat Semuanya, di daerah tropis pasti kalian semua tau dengan yang namanya buah Alpukat, buah ini rasanya sangat nikmat dan lezat sehingga di tempat kami khusus nya di Aceh, buah alpukat ini di gunakan hampir di semua jenis sajian minuman seperti minuman es teler, es campur, es brownis, es sop buah, es cream dan banyak sajian minuman lainnya.
Buah Alpukat ini juga sangat nikmat jika konsumsi secara langsung atau di sajikan dalam bentuk jus. Namun demikian selain buah alpukat ini unggul dari segi rasanya buah ini juga sangat banyak manfaat nya untuk kesehatan tubuh kita seperti dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol jahat dalam tubuh, dapat mengontrol tekanan darah, dapat mengontrol gula darah, dapat mencegah penyakit kanker, dapat menyehatkan kulit, dapat menyehatkan rambut dan masih banyak manfaat lainnya untuk kesehatan tubuh kita.
