I absolutely love salmon sashimi and I often make it at home! You have to make sure you get sushi grade salmon to do this! Marinate it for two days or less and then slice it thinly! Mmm I love it with soya or just with vegetables! Do you eat salmon and how? #share2steem

I love sashimi, but I haven't prepared it myself very often, mainly because I haven't found a good quality source of wild caught fresh fish that is easy to access where I live.
I usually eat it in my favorite Sushi restaurant or Japanese restaurant.
Almost like parsley with orange :)
