Not So "FRIED" Beef Noodle from Madam Kwan's
Ordered a Fried Beef Noodle from Madam Kwan's menus few days back and I was expecting it to be 炒牛肉面 (Dry), but when my dish arrived, it becomes 牛肉滑蛋河 (Wet).
Totally out of my expectation, haha guess @madamkwans menus needs to add on chinese meaning to represent it 😂 or else gonna confuse customer.
