The tourists were still in the usual places, the rest of the city was fairly quiet though.
I don't go anywhere during National Holiday, or even CNY, traveling during those times is time consuming and often quite expensive, no discount on anything.

It's better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out associates whose behavior is better than yours and you'll drift in that direction.
