@annephilbrick That is awesome for both of you, to have homes with such rich memories. My floors were in the house that was taken from me by the county-- eminent domain. The 05 hurricanes flooded the house and my floors curved up with all the water, we sanded them until they were flat again, then stained and a clear coat. They were beautiful, then they tore the house down. As you can tell, I still have bitterness about it.
