8 month ago i joined shadowbot and very hard work made my rank 33 but 3 day ago my rank down 15.please solve that rank problem and review my account.
We had to adapt due to HF20 and adjust our rank algorithm. We are reviewing everyone case by case but we have to enforce this new policy to ensure members all get treated fairly.
