Exactly, thats the one.

I never really was as much into Penny as others. I recognized her as being pretty and nice to look at, but to me, it never really clicked. Probably because I never really liked her charakter all that much. Although I have to say that I ended up warming for her a bit over the seasoned.

HHaven't watched the show in years now though, so I don't know how she developed further.
