The value of a vote is related to the amount of SP (steem power) held by the voter. If someone is New or has very little SP, their vote will only increase your payout by .001.
You need ten votes of this amount to get to .01.
So I have .500 SP at my account now and it says (+14.520 STEEM) at the bottom. How do I get more and what's the +14.520 at the bottom?
