Day 2

Glory be to God for all things! It feels good to have two days of sexual sobriety. I can feel my sexual energies starting to rejuvenate, and I enjoyed a good practice session this evening, some work on my investments during the day, and lots of extra sleep, to help both my soul and body heal. Grocery shopping was a special joy, and I am doing my best day in and day out to create a life worth living.

Semen retention and all its benefits, of course, requires freedom from sexual addiction. And that kind of freedom comes but one day at a time. . .
