SEX & SEXUALITY

Sex has three main functions: procreation, prophylactic, and recreation play. The ancient Greek understanding of sexuality consisted of straight, bisexual, and gay. The Native Americans have five categories of human identities: woman, man, the two spirited woman-man, man-woman, and transgender.

To be clear, sodomy is considered all sex out of marriage and not in order to make children. The Catholics are correct in seeing the unnecessary sex as something to avoid, however they have demonized it to a point of abomination.

I disagree with such an extreme attitude towards sex and sexuality, albeit the conservation of sexual Kundalini energy is paramount to the healthy spiritual life, but also is the intimacy of love, truth, and peace shared between lovers, family, and friends.
