That sounded so much like me and my best friend. We used to ditch V-day and just go on movies and restaurants. Making fun of all the couple watching movies and having nice dinners. We were silly like that.
But yeah, time comes and eventually you will realize love is not about fancy dates, huge boquet of flowers, dozens of candies... It's deciding to love even when you cringe at the very sight of him (especially during PMS days haha), even when she burns the toast, even when he forgets what you asked him to buy, or she misses that spot on your favorite jacket during laundry. They are the littlest things but they truly matter the most.
Hahaha sounded like the best Valentine's Day you can have as singles or even as "doubles" now lol. Thanks for leaving such heartfelt reply on my post.
