its the flash that stops the action.set your flash to manual and the power say 1/16 which equals about 1/11,000 of a second,way faster than a cameras shutter speed goes up to.1/32 = 1/17,800 sec,1/64 = 1/32,300 sec 1/128 = 1/41,6000 sec the faster you get the more light your going to need,like a second light set to lamp,you have to experiment a bit to get it right..you need to rig up a dropper and stuff.its fun to do and you can get some cool shots.
