In order to improve things and get The #Seven77 movement to new heights we only ask you brothers for Seven77 seconds of your precious time. Joining in is simple. You only need to have a Twitter account and the will of taking this challenge seriously.
The rest is quite simple, just:

- Attach raw video of SEVEN (Push-ups)
And start your SEVEN about any activity you might consider clever or innovative. It can be the classic push-ups, seven words, among other things.

Most excellent! I can't believe the traction that this has gotten! I do planking on a regular basis come so I did not join but I applaud everybody that it's doing it and is taking the time to document it.
