With a fee of around 9 Cent / GB I would have to pay a fee of 3,32 billion (Mrd) Euro :(

But it looks like a glitch or a integer overflow.
Btw: To download this amount of data you would need 81988052hrs, which is about 9360years. Looks like you invented the computer earlier then everyone else... :P
