Sepia Saturday - Spadina museum
Hello, lovely steemians!
In my today's entry for #sepiasaturday challenge, hosted by @old-guy-photos, I decided to share with you some pictuers of Spadina museum.
Spadina museum, also called Spadina house, a mansion in Toronto, showcases life of an affluent family in 1900 - 1930.
Some call it "Toronto's Downtown Abbey".
They even had a billiard room!
You can only see the house via guided tour. Beside lavishly decorated rooms, where the family spent their life, you can also see the kitchen with fully stocked pantry.
Some of the food packaging are original artifacts, some are replicas.
Spadina museum is definitely worth a visit, if you want to know more about the life in Toronto at the beginning of 20th century.
Have a nice weekend, steemians!
