I like working in Sepia, you can get some really cool effects.
Still learning though, downloaded some better photo editing software, plus digging into Cannon's Professional Digital Photo Software and learning to work with the RAW data instead of editing JPEG.
Have a lot to learn though.

There is always so much to learn with photography, I pretty much always shoot in RAW mode myself but if shooting an event in town here I use jpg as I do less editing of those

I did not use to do much MOno or sepia editing till recently but now I do a few I find some of the photos especially with interesting detail work well when edited that way
