[Travel Korea] Beautiful night view of Seoul, at the Bugak Mountain Sky-way(highway) Octagonal Pavilion park.
Bugak Mountain Sky-way and the Octagonal Pavilion park. One of the famous and beautiful spot to see the night view of whole Seoul city. This place is located at the northern area of Seoul, on the Mt. Bugak. So here, tourists can look down Seoul and if the weather is clear, not only Seoul-Tower but also Lotte-Tower(the highest tower in Korea) can be seen.
The Bugak Mountain Sky-way is a highway on the Bugak Mountain that links Buam-dong and Hyehwa-dong. This place is close from Gyeongbokgung Palace so tourists can go there from Gyeongbokgung Palace metro station. Sadly, there is no bus to the to this park. Only private vehecles, bicycles, and walk are possible. Of course private car is most convenient, but the path for pedestrians is also very nice so it's good to walk.
In the middle of the highway, there is Octagonal Pavilion park, Bukak Palgakejong park.
The Octagonal Pavilion(Palgakejong) at night. Very pretty. There are a cafe, a restaurant that serves some western dishes such as pasta, and a food truck that sells cube steak.
