How To Deal with Anxiety

Well, Everyone knows that Anxiety is the biggest cause why people nowadays got in a suicidal stage, it it cause by a nervousness, apprehension, fear, worrying, insecurities, etc and other negative things that causes us to be stress.

Having an anxiety is hard, Especially to the teenagers due to their School Issue, Friends, Family and why would we forget this and also about LOVE. Yes! L-O-V-E.. LOVE!
Love is the most teenagers need these days of stress, Some teenagers seek of love to their opposite sex is because they are lack of attention by their parents due to busy works and appointment.

So How to deal with Anxiety?
I have 5 Steps, Yes 5 Steps! ( 1ST STAGE OF HOW TO HANDLE ANXIETY)

  1. STOP EXPECTING
  2. YOU NEED TO FIND YOURSELF
  3. BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE NOW
  4. START AN ASK
