Not bad at all mate! Rapid painting is good for enhancing your ability to figure out forms cause there is no time for doubt. When you paint again try using a mirror to flip the image horizontally, this way you will see your mistakes and fixing them will be more easy for you, the next thing is to get away from your painting like 6 meters if possible. By doing this you will be able to see if the image works, easier to figure if the image composition and colors work the way you want them to :)
