Everything passes… You can’t see it today because the pain might be so intense, but even though it seems impossible, this too will pass. What will remain are memories filled with gratitude, or the pain will no longer be there. I don’t know what you’re going through or suffering today; I just know that in this life, nothing is permanent—not even pain. No one said it’s easy, but it is POSSIBLE, REAL, and while it lasts, there are various strategies we can use.
