Nature Soothes The Spirit.

It is true that we all deal with a lot of problems, stress, anxiety, pressure from work or family. A walk away from all these, a walk in the countryside, without a phone and internet access, just listening to the sounds of the woods and letting all these different shades of green dive deep into your brain, deep enough to reach your soul, can make all your worries go away even for a few moments.

Get lost just for a couple of hours and get in touch with nature. Wander around with your eyes open, ready to devour its beauty. Feel the oxygen in your lungs cleaner, your mind calmer and your soul lighter.

At least, that's what I do whenever I have the chance.

Let the light feed your soul,
and the water cleanse your spirit.
