Core values is not something you learn overnight, nor born with. You essentially want to treat others with respect, if you expect the same. If you expect your family to abide by the rules of home, or the law, teach them the good outcome of it. Core values are something you want to instill in your coworker, kids, or family. Help each other, treat them as if they matter in your life. Make them feel good to be around you. It is hard to treat everyone as if they matter, but each day, if you pick just one person, that could possibly have a much greater effect for years to come. If they like the way it makes them feel, whatever you did, then maybe they will learn to do the same, to someone else.
Oh I like that. Picking at least one person a day 😊
I've always said that toll booth workers have the most influence in this world. They can treat 100 thousand people a day with respect and give them a smile! :) That could effect all these driver's co workers, friends and family, setting off a kindness wave that could have an effect for years to come! :) And the rest of us can do the same, no matter how many people we interact with daily.
