you can check on your post directly : at the bottom of the post where it says 18 votes on mine(for example) you click and you see a list of people who have voted, you can check the name @dse in your post votes.

and to check the percentage , you use steemd.com? you should

this is from somewhere you can all your account activity easily, who voted you and how much percent they votes, or if someone commented on your post and a lot more.
