3 Simple Self Care Tips!

So the tips I'm about to give y'all are very VERY simple!

Yet we neglect them! We forget to love and look after ourselves.

We chose to put things like our jobs and our relationships in front of the love and attention we deserve to give ourselves.

So, here's some simple tips!

  1. Enjoy a longer shower!

The average person spends between 5-7 minutes in the shower. So that's enough to get clean and just about wake up in the morning.

Use the shower to rejuvenate your body and mind! Experiment with the effects of hot and cold showers. Spend 12 minutes in the shower focusing on the water streaming down your body and practice breathing and mindfulness.

Enjoy your shower! Use it to kick start your day or wind down your evening.

  1. Enjoy video games.

Alot of videos games have become super competitive in the last 5 years.

Millions of pounds dumped into Esports and online competitive gaming, makes what once was a pleasurable activity has become stressful and painstakingly laborious.

Sit back and enjoy a good gaming session.

  1. Watch light hearted TV or listen to positive podcasts!

This is pretty self explanatory.

Horror films and murder investigation documentaries don't do much for our happiness! Entertaining? Yes!

But they leave us on edge sometimes 😂
