We are all a work in progress. Nobody is perfect, nobody is without mistake, nobody is a saint.

We are all humans. We all have flaws. But there’s always room for improvement. Our flaws don’t define us.

So don’t be too hard on yourself when you fall short. The most important thing is to get back up, forgive yourself, learn from the experience and do better.

We need to keep trying our best to become better people and not use our traumas or bad experiences to justify our toxic behaviors.

Our focus should be on growth and improvement, not perfection.
