Self Love

A touchy subject of self love isn't broadly expressed in todays concerns.
Self love has alot yo do with the daily decisions you may make for yourself or involving others.

No one can make us feel happy and loved unless we create the space for it inside by practicing self-love

shaming and criticizing yourself leads to inner rebellion and giving up, & self-compassion
you hope and trust in the process of change

we are all our own biggest critics, NO ONE is going to judge you harder than yourself.

Practicing self love may be difficult for some of us , but its not about being vain, materialistic or narsissisitic its about making decisions for yourself that might seem selfish at first for someone who is always giving but gets nothing in return, but to truly understand what it is to love yourself, you have got to take care of yourself before you take care of anyone else & if they don't understand that, then they don't love their selves either so how can they really love you?
