Practical steps for self improvement
You have been an average Joe for a long time, playing video games for hours, jacking off to porn, smoking weed with your average friends, scrolling on instagram, watching ass on tiktok, eating junk foods everyday, consuming unnecessary media, drinking everyday. You have been doing these things for a long time. You always hated the fact that you have been doing these things which have been and still are damaging you.
Now that you have realized this about yourself you want to get rid of these addictions and improve your life, so you have searched the whole internet and you are now overwhelmed with the amount of information that is available, now you start to feel like there is no hope left. Don't worry I went through the same things that you did and wondered the internet. Now that I have done that I have gained knowledge and applied it to my life. I will share all the knowledge I have gained so you don't have to waste your time.
Step 1) Mental health
There is nothing more improtant in self improvement than improving your mental health, even if you are working on building your body and business you are more likely to fail if you have bad mental health. Even if you build a successful business or get a beautiful girlfriend you won't enjoy it. This is the foundation for self improvement. This is the foundation on which other pillars of self improvement rely upon. You probably have trauma, depression and anxiousness. For good mental health you should practice mindful meditation and yoga daily. Meditaion helps to bring you to the present moment and increases your self awareness, yoga connects you with your body. Money solves all you money related problems, gets you access to stuff other people don't own which in return improves your appearance and in today's world this is important. Having a lot of money will bring you peace (money will only bring you peace if you have a good meantal health).

Every human being needs relationship in his life, being lonely or being with bad friends won't help you. Instead you should look for high value people and make them your friends. You will also attract high quality women once you are high quality yourself, follow this guide to attract good women.
Apply these in your life and you will see a change in your life, but be consistent and patient with it.
Whatever is easier only makes you weaker.
