We all have those days. You know the ones where we don't want to get out of bed. Maybe its just a gloomy day or maybe you feel burnt out. So how to you push past the yuck? Sometimes its as simple as taking the time to refocus with a cup of coffee. The best way I have found to refocus is reading some encouraging quotes, scripture, and then follow it with a motivational quote.a3b32b0c-0348-4544-8d9e-f88716223dc7.jpg Does this change things around me? No. What it does change is my outlook. To perservere some times you have to make a little push. I've even looked in the mirror before and spoke encouragement to myself. Perhaps that seems silly. But I know it works for me. You are the one who can make a change in your day. If today you are having a negative day I hope these words will help. See you later my friend.
