Before we start talking about the climate changes that are happening in the world and how it is affecting our environment, that environment that must be optimal for development to be normal, away from diseases, viruses, epidemics, and the most pressing thing is the destruction of the ozone layer, because without it the earth is completely undressed and unprotected, and of course the life of living beings.

Currently the sun seems to be stronger as if it were closer to the earth, we know that the ozone layer is disappearing and brings as a result that the rays are directly affecting, at the level of the skin are produced large spots that can generate melanoma, water evaporation producing high temperatures, destroying the large ice floes, there are no longer the seasons at the same time, changes that are noticed slowly.

The great industrialists and the governments are the first calls to fight or to reduce unhealthy practices for the environment, the technology is a blessing and an aid in the progress but also its bad practice and the remainders that generate are negative.

It is essential to understand that as living beings we are part of the ecosystem, one of the most important and that we are the only ones with reasoning in the beautiful and vital nature, to defend it and take care of it.
For this reason, as part of this magical creation, we must think that we must take care of our body, our system with which we develop all the basic functions of the organism that allows us to be alive.
By taking care of our body using natural and ecological methods we are also contributing to the environment, since these natural practices do not attempt in any way to the ecosystem; we must love ourselves and it will be easier to love and appreciate other forms of life that develop as a gear where all are necessary in the chain, and that all need each other.

Caring for nature, the environment, your country, your state, your community, your closest place, the place that provides all the tools and materials necessary and appropriate to survive, depending on the climate where we are, provides water, remember we are 75% water, oxygen without it we do not breathe, food, climate, recreation among others, and that we are not exempt we receive it free whether we want or not, is a unique gift.

There is no more convincing truth than that it will not ask you for anything more than a little water to develop and thus contribute to the magical process of photosynthesis, and the production of oxygen vital to life.
Other trees, according to their species, develop only with rainwater, reproduce strongly and live for many years; I return to the subject of planting trees, a task that everyone should have in their planning and primary objectives.
In the home how many seeds we do not take out of the fruits and foods we consume an option to help with the growth and improvement of the environment could be that one, not to throw away the seeds if not to sow and to wait for its germination, if we do not have a space to sow them to take it some place where we create the conditions so that it can be developed.

We have this experience in my home, many times we have done it with avocado and mango seeds generally, we always give them to people that we know have big lands. The same could be done with other species.
The important thing is to collaborate with a grain of sand, if everyone brings a grain of sand we will form a strong mountain to fight against global warming and the most accelerated destruction of life on planet earth.
