Upmewhale Writing Contest! Global Warming and Climate Change, What Can Be Done?

Hello, dear readers! This @upmewhale contest on "Climate Change" is a great opportunity to realize what we are doing to improve everything that is happening right now. How affected we are by not taking into account many points and rules that have informed us for years.

Many people are in denial about this phenomenon that we feel more and more latent every day. We notice in the temperature making the climate destabilize. It continues to burn indiscriminately with the excuse that they don't know what to do with the garbage. They don't take the precautions, like recycling cardboard, plastics, copper bronze, the waste of light bulbs that we know contain mercury are thrown anywhere. We want to have a better world but our actions say different things.

You see how users come to throw tons of garbage into our seas. The oil spill in our oceans is damaging our skin, our mucous membranes and the inhabitants of our seas are also suffering from this damage. We all want to have such a sea:

We want our world this clear, clean and transparent:

These changes affect the world. In spite of so many limitations in our country, I can assure you that in other countries the climate changes and the greenhouse effect are more accentuated. With relatives abroad I have been able to reach this conclusion. Big forest fires, oceans with incalculable spills. I believe that the supervision to the companies, maintenance to the boats and everything what takes fuel that walk by our waters must be supervised, but of conscious way not to fall in the extortion and to let pass errors that are committed by having power. To be able to enjoy these spaces that give us health in abundance.

We can remember a song that in its lyrics spoke of a concrete jungle. In our country Venezuela the great majority of our homes are armored by cement. We must continue to participate in groups that go to the beaches to do waste collection work, in our homes we must be careful not to waste the water, and to watch out for heaters and air conditioning equipment. We must become aware and know that we must leave a better world to those who come behind and instill in our children how valuable it is to take these practices into account. They are our greatest treasure, they are our future that is why I love the teachers in this they take the baton to guide our children along with the representative.

In my city Valencia/ Venezuela we have a big lung, where many families recreate themselves. There are groups that are in charge of giving talks that help us to be more attentive to our actions when it comes to valuing our resources. Our park Ferdinand Peñalver and Black Hippolyta.

I will continue to recycle, sorting our household garbage into different containers, collaborating with groups to take talks to schools and anywhere else they are needed. Thank you for this space that motivates us to continue working for our environment.
