Feelings, Nothing More Than Feelings

For anyone who is stuck in a place in which you are being overwhelmed with stress, anxiety and negative thoughts, you're going to be experiencing the feeling that nothing will ever go right again.

Unfortunately you are creating self-fulfilling prophecy because whether we like it or not our life is controlled by our thoughts and the more you think about how bad your situation is, the worse it gets.

The longer we allow ourselves to be a prisoner to "what might happen", "what might go wrong", "how will I cope" or any other thought about the future over which you have no control, we are burying ourselves more deeply and turning things around becomes more difficult.

To be honest, the simple truth is that we actually write our existence, the permanent and the brief term and if you are totally honest at all times you are obtaining just what you're feeling but we misinterpret the way we get that feeling and the negative results.

Now here is the kicker and one of the most basic and fundamental facts and it is something we continually ignore.

"OUR FEELINGS PRODUCE THE RESULT, THE RESULT DOES NOT PRODUCE THE FEELING"

Once you appreciate the power of this fact it triggers you to start turning things around.

Imagine if you can start feeling happy thoughts even for a couple of minutes you will feel happy, the trouble is we do not allow ourselves to have the thoughts because our jumbled programming some how tells us it is wrong to feel good while we are in such a negative restless state.

Like all these teachings, they sound so simple nonetheless they are incredibly difficult to apply because we're struggling with years and years of incorrect programming just to start making them work.

Starting today, test this teaching and even though you may only get a few minutes relief it is proof to you that your thoughts can change your feelings as soon as you get the hold of it and start getting longer periods of relief, your subconscious mind will allow you to have even longer intervals.

You are now back again in control as you can change how you feel, and how you feel will create the end result you want.

Good luck, as I said this sounds simple but it could possibly be one of the most difficult things you ever have to do, but keep in mind that, when you have mastered this procedure your daily life will change and you take back control.
