12 Steps For Better Life In 2019

Leaving old behind, getting a fresh start. At any point in life, we can start over. Aiming towards a brighter future it is better to release guilt, shame, and bad decisions from the past and focus on the present while planning the future.

#1 WRITE YOUR GOALS
Take time to do this one imperative and urgent task. What would you like to achieve in the following year? Don't simply consider it or discuss it, write it down!

Studies have demonstrated that just defining your objectives will significantly improve the probability of accomplishing those objectives!

So think, analyze and write!

#2 Release "WHAT WAS"
It's a great opportunity to let go of the past (simply abandon it). Let's be honest, you can't change the past. Truth be told, the past doesn't exist any longer. The main place where past exists is in your mind.

Release it. Become familiar with the exercises, search for the silver-linings, and be thankful for what "is" today and what will be tomorrow. Extraordinary things await for you (if you are eager to "get" them). It's only difficult to "get" the new incredible stuff when you're clutching the negative awful stuff from the past.

Give up and proceed further. Now is the ideal time.

#3 FORGIVE-LET GO
If feeling anger, resentment, outrage or lament toward somebody it's a great opportunity to forgive, and once more, let go.

The main individual you hurt when you don't forgive, is yourself.

Try not to give anybody a chance to lease space in your mind.

Who realizes why individuals do what they do or say what they state (at times they don't know themselves). Quit endeavoring to dissect it and make it mean something it isn't. That is simply squandered vitality. Simply forgive and proceed onward. Be the greater individual.

Now and again, we have to forgive ourselves for something we've done or said and proceed. Nobody's ideal. We commit errors and have done and said things we are not pleased with - let it go (according to #2 above) and forgive yourself.

Today is another day. Be the best individual you can be, beginning this day forward.

#4 LIVE "OUTSIDE" THE BOX
Try not to pursue the "crowd". The vast majority are discontent with their lives (as indicated by studies). Be valiant and pursue the way to your fantasy life (not your neighbor's fantasy life, your folks' fantasy life or society's fantasy life)...this is YOUR life. YOU are accountable for your life, nobody else is (except if you enable them to be).

#5 Appreciate THE JOURNEY
Why? Since the "venture" is your life! Here and there we center such a great amount around the final product or the "objective" we wish to accomplish, that we are not appreciating the voyage it takes to arrive.

#6 FAIL FORWARD
The vast majority are reluctant to start something new on the grounds of possible failure. Keep in mind, the best individuals on earth flopped far more than the "normal" individual. Indeed, in the event that you ask any fruitfull individual, they'll disclose to you how they flopped A LOT!

For what reason did they wind up effective? Since they never surrendered.

Absolutely never let the dread of "disappointment" hinder living your fantasies. Take it as a learning experience and get back on the chosen path.

#7 EAT HEALTHY AND BE ACTIVE

#8 BE THE MOST POSITIVE PERSON YOU KNOW

#9 Surround yourself with POSITIVE PEOPLE

Join a fun and positive "Meetup" gathering or an extraordinary gathering in your neighborhood centers around "motivation" or on a subject that spins around carrying on with a "major" positive life.

#10 LOVE MORE
Healthy self-love, appreciation for good things and people who enrich our lives. It is pretty easy to smile and say thank you. Beautiful and great things are all around.

#11 GO WITHIN AND GET REALLY CONNECTED TO "SOURCE" (or the God, Universe, Greater Force)
Basically stay calm, in present and go inside. Meditation is a remarkable method to do that. There's no better method to raise your vibration, feel genuine inward harmony and find the solutions, arrangements, and direction you are searching for.

#12 Concentrate ON WHAT'S IMPORTANT
At times we get so devoured by the easily overlooked details or we are so centered around accomplishing a particular objective, that we disregard the greater and progressively critical things throughout our life. Frequently, we don't understand that - until it's past the point of no return.

The 12 Steps should help to live a life of faith, tranquility, and achievements. As humans, we aren't comfortable to step out of our comfort zone. It takes a tremendous desire and a firm intention to change the current situation and then we are able to accumulate the necessary strength for change. Fortunately, we have lots of helpful tools , like the 12 STEPS above.
