The idea of the levels of spiritual development deserves attention: theme introduction

   Sooner or later each person begins to wonder about his place in this world and the purpose of his incarnation in it. There are many theories, the authors of which try to give more or less grounded answers to these questions.  

   One of such theories is the theory of the levels of spiritual development, which was created by isoterics and the philosopher Isset Kotelnikova.  

   Based on the basic approach, according to which a person has the Higher Self and the Lower Self, she singled out 7 levels of spiritual development: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and violet.  It should be remembered that the name of the levels of spiritual development by colors is conditional and has no relation, for example, with chakras. 

   The higher self, the spirit, evolves from incarnation to incarnation, successively passing level after level.  So, on the red level of spiritual development we must learn to survive.  At the orange level of the spiritual development we research the world around us.  The task of the yellow level of spiritual development is to learn how to manage people and resources. It is the "yellows" rule the world.  On the green level of spiritual development, we part with our Ego and turn to our soul. We learn to accept and humble, understanding our destiny.  At the cyan level of spiritual development, the person again "meets" with his will, but this time not for satisfaction of his own interests, but for changing the world.  We will not meet persons with a blue level of spiritual development in the ordinary society. They do not need to incarnate in our world. If they come to it, then to manage the energies of the world.  The violet level of spiritual development is the level of personality that has come to make a global shift in the consciousness of people of all other levels.  Each of us must go through all these levels. Sometimes the passage of one level takes several reincarnations. Sometimes the successful transition from level to level is hampered by so-called "tails" from the previous level.  

Why it is important to know about the levels of spiritual development?

   Before we start to characterize each level of spiritual development, it is necessary to answer the question of why we need to know about these levels. What is the practical significance of such knowledge?  

       We can talk about two ways of practical use of such knowledge.   

       First, it can facilitates our communication in society. Remember the situation from your life when you explained to someone the obvious things, but the person did not understand you. What did you feel? Perhaps it irritated you? Or did you think that a person does it on purpose to annoy you or not to take responsibility? Of course, it could be so. But more often a person sincerely does not understand what you want from him. It's like if you explain quantum physics to a little child. As you know, for successful communication there is a classical model, the picture of which you see below.  

       The possibility to assume that the interlocutor has a certain level of spiritual development and knowledge of the tasks and features of this level largely determines the success of communication.   

      The second way of using knowledge about the levels of spiritual development is self-improvement, self-knowledge. This self-assessment and self-analysis gives us the impetus for further self-development. By analyzing each level of spiritual development, we will focus on the main tasks that need to be worked out.   

      From what I would like to warn you from the very beginning, it is from spiritual pride. Often people, realizing that they are at a higher level of spiritual development, begin to think that they are better than those who are on a lower level.  This is not true. Those who are at a lower level of spiritual development, not worse. They are just small. We do not believe that a three-year-old child is worse than six, and a six-year-old child is worse than a ten-year-old. So it is with the levels of spiritual development. We go through them all. 

Our evolution on the levels of spiritual development

   One  of the most common questions is why are we here? Why do we incarnate?  The whole point is that the question is the only way for us to evolve.  Our personality, the lower self, evolves, which gives our higher self a  chance to improve.   

      How  does it look, our first incarnation, from the point of view of the  evolution of the levels of spiritual development? On this first  incarnation we are still small, our Lower and our Higher Self are on the  red level of spiritual development, the main task on which is to learn  how to survive. 

  As  a person learns the wisdom of survival, interest in the world around  him and his desire for learning it appear. So the Lower Self begins to  move to the next level of spiritual development - orange. After  death, during the inter-incarnation period, the Higher Self "absorbs"  the experience of the Lower Self and gradually also rises to the next  level. And so level by level. An  important point! In the next incarnation, we still start it from the  red level, as shown in the figure below. And a little explanation. The  figure in the picture "reincarnation 1", "reincarnation 2" is made to  show that in one incarnation we can rise only one level. So if our  Higher Self is at the yellow level, then as a result of the incarnation  we will necessarily reach the yellow level and can reach the green, but  not cyan (it is one exception in the theory, but we'll tell about it  later). On the other hand the passage of one level can last 2 and 3 or more incarnations. 

     Can we determine at what level of spiritual development our Higher Self is? There are several indirect indicators.    

       The  first is the speed of your life. The more events occur in your life,  the quicker "pictures" change, the more likely that your Higher Self is  at a sufficiently high level of spiritual development.    

       The  second indicator is your inner circle. Usually an infant comes to  families with people of approximately the same level of spiritual  development as his Higher Self has. When we take a closer look at the  characteristics of each level, you will be able to evaluate yourself  according to this criterion.  

        Your basic values also characterize your level of spiritual development.   

  

Red level of spiritual development

Our development starts from the red level. This applies to both the entire series of reincarnations, and each new reincarnation. Therefore, once again cautioning everybody against manifestations of spiritual pride, I want to say: none of us has escaped the red level of spiritual development, as none of us has escaped the infant age.  

        Being on the initial stages of the red level of spiritual development, the personality (the Lower Self) is forced to adapt to both: the surrounding world and the society. Thus, the "red personality's" ability to survive is even less than the animals'.   

          This is really so. Being in the natural environment, the animal already has the "knowledge" of what is necessary for surviving. Instincts help them. A human does not have such knowledge in an amount enough for survival. The human infant is one of the most helpless creatures. In addition, the personality (the Lower Self) is very dependent on the society.  

        "The Reds" have a very simple mental organization. The mobility of nervous processes is very weak, so they think very slowly.   

       Therefore, unambiguity in everything that happens is very important for the Reds. They are not capable of analysis and they are not interesting in it. They do not work in the field of science, they are not interested in esotericism or questions of personal growth.    

         There is a special industry focused on the Reds: special TV shows, where they are taught to live; advertising, which says them which goods to choose; stores where they can buy simple goods and save; serials with a slow development of the plot, etc.  

       Features of the Reds should be taken into account when communicating and when hiring. Reds are not capable of analysis, but they can follow instructions exactly and methodically. The lack of internal dialogue allows them to cope successfully with monotonous work.   

        The Reds have strong instincts. If you go with the Red for hunting or fishing, the event will be successful.     The main karmic task at the red level of spiritual development is to learn how to survive in specific conditions.   

     What do you need to survive? The minimum level: food, clothing, being among your own kind. Being on the red level, we "work through" these three tasks.     

        So, firstly the Reds learn to earn money (to extract resources). The next step is the development of skills that can be converted into resources.   

       The Reds are not sure what they can earn, so they do not believe in their own skills, but they believe in cash or material resources. Like squirrels they all the time strive for making purveyance, because they think that purveyance can provide stability. They store the simplest food, "accumulate for a rainy day".    

     The Reds like to do home conservation. Of course, representatives of other levels of spiritual development can also make house conservation. The main thing here is the motive.   

      It is extremely important for the Reds to be accepted in their society. The main principle is "do not stand out, otherwise you will be expelled from the flock and you may die of hunger". This can be called "white crow's syndrome".   

    The Reds are not leaders. On the contrary, they like when they have a leader (most often it's the Yellow), which can manage and protect them. If the yellow leader does not keep his promises, the Reds easily go to another leader.          At whatever level of spiritual development our Higher Self is, the red stage is in the life of each of us. It lasts untill 12 years old. We learn to survive, serve ourselves, socialize.   

"Red Tails" and what to do with them

   We stoped our previous conversation by saying that "Red Tail" is the lack of a confident survival skills. It can be manifested, for example, in fear that you will not have money or in fear of "losing face." The presence of the "red tail" prevents us from evolving further.  This can be called "white crow's syndrome".  

   The most common "red" fears include the fear of not surviving physically and the fear of losing contact with the social. 

     Of course, these fears have a more modern "coloring" than in ancient times, when, for example, a crop loss could lead to starvation, as well as expulsion from a settlement. 

     For example, the fear of not surviving physically in modern conditions is manifested as a fear of losing a job. The fear of expulsion is most often manifested in the "fear of losing face". 

     It is important to understand that these fears rise in us through our "red" subpersonalities. It'll be mistake try to suppress these subpersonalities or to ignore them. But you can try to "negotiate" with them. If subpersonality is ignored, it will begin to partisan. This can be manifested in psychosomatic diseases or "accidential" self-trauming. If you know that from time to time you have a fear of being left without a livelihood or afraid to say "no" in response to a request that is painful for you, try the following exercises. 

  Exercise 1. "Audit of resources"  Write a list of your tangible and intangible assets. For example: "I have an apartment. If I do not have money, I can rent one room" or "I have a wedding dress that I can rent".   

     Intangible assets are your skills. Write out everything that you could do to earn for living. Even the simplest skills. For example: "I can print, I can sew, I can cook, I can drive a car, I can walk with someone else's dog".    You will be surprised at how much you actually have and how much you can!  

    It should be remembered that "red" subpersonalities require a minimum level sufficient for survival. After completing these exercises, you will show your "red" subpersonalities that in any case you can provide this minimum level of survival. 

  Exercise 2. "Survival"  Select the minimum amount of money you need to survive for a week at the lowest level. Try to live on it for a week. With the help of this exercise you will show to your "red" subpersonalities that in the event of a crisis you will be able to survive on a minimum amount of money, since such experience you already have.   

   If you already have the experience of survival, appreciate what you feel when you think about it. If you feel that, thanks to this experience, you became stronger, then "the lesson is passed", if the memory causes unpleasant feelings or fear - "the lesson is not passed" and you need to try once more.    

  Exercise 3. "Loss of the face"     Do something outrageous for you. For example, go to the subway with red clown nose; walk with an iron on a leash instead of a dog. Choose a "degree of non-standard behavior" according to your feelings, we do not set a goal to die of fear! It is important: to be alone; do not choose to perform the exercise in places where this can damage your reputation; do not break the law. 

   Orange level of spiritual development 

   Transition of the Reds to the orange level begins when they start to be interesting about the world around them. Orange values start to awaken: to explore something, to try something new. In addition, the Reds are watching the Oranges, who live close by. At first, they are amazed and indignant at the ease with which the Orange relate to life. Then interest appears. The transition is very slow, step by step. The Orange subpersonalities begin to form. After the death of a man whose Lower Self is confidently entrenched on the Orange level, his Higher Self also passes to this level.      

        The karmic task of the Orange is to study the World. The Universe takes care of the Orange, protects them.      The Oranges are accompanied by Freebie. This is natural. The study of the World requires resources. But at the Orange level of spiritual development, the resource management skill is not yet there, it is the task of the Yellow level. The Oranges try different resources, but they don't mine or control them. They rarely have anything in their property (like a car, real estate). But they can get them for use.   

    The Oranges are also lucky. Even when they get involved in dangerous adventures, they manage to get away with it.       

     The Oranges often have the installation "I'm good - I need everything". They expect others to entertain them. Orange are often infantile. The Oranges do not like to work and do not understand the value of money. They do not plan, they live here and now, they do not have ambitions.  

     The Oranges trust the World, believe in its galore. The Oranges has little sense of fear. For the Oranges there is also a special industry: serials with a laugh behind the scenes; coupon sites etc. 

      The Orange are very creative. But they need special conditions for work without any pressure. In their love lives, Orange often changes partners.   

    Orange tails: lack of self-discipline; inability to focus on the process. Hippies are the classic movement of the Orange.    

 Yellow level of spiritual development 

        There comes a time when the Oranges begin to have ambitions. They begin to want a higher salary, a more prestigious job or car, more comfortable rest. There is a desire for competition, a desire to become more successful than someone. Thus begins the transition to the Yellow level of spiritual development.     

   The Yellows ruled the World. They focus on achievements, results and social status. To achieve their goals, the Yellows learn self-discipline. The Yellows are in a good contact with the social egregore. In any social sphere (business, sport, science, etc.) the Yellows seek, firstly, to occupy the highest level and, secondly, to be able to manage resources. So the Yellows are exploring ways to influence the world and to manage people. If you interlocutor often uses the words "status" and "influence", most likely he has the Yellow level of spiritual development.       Setting and achieving the goals are important "yellow" skills, without which further evolution through the levels of spiritual development is impossible.       The will and EGO are clearly manifested on the Yellow level of spiritual development. "I can, I will achieve, I need" - these are the "yellow" manifestos. The "fate" concept doesn't exist for the Yellows. They sincerely believe that if they can not get something, it simply means they do not have sufficient resources for this or have not yet made sufficient efforts to achieve the goal. People with Yellow level of spiritual development are purposeful, ambitious, efficient and well organized in all spheres of their life, including their rest, hobby or family. The "control concept" is very important for the Yellows and they have a high level of control.       As for the people of other levels of spiritual development, there is a "yellow-oriented" industry. It is always connected with issues of prestige and status. Besides, the most business trainings are made for the Yellows.       The Yellows believe that they are absolutely "self-made" and have achieved everything exclusively themselves. They often not appreciate the help and resources that were received from others (for example, from parents), but simply take the result. Yellow level is the quintessence of the EGO. Negative personality traits of the Yellows are pride, vanity, arrogance.        They dream to leave a mark in a history. Often they try to organize a good start to their children. Often this is also a matter of prestige for them. Sometimes the Yellows have their own EGO so strong that they continue to realize their ambitions even through their children and grandchildren.          The Yellows' life is always a vertical movement. Those who are below, they learns to use effectively (the Reds as a work force, the Oranges - as generators of good ideas). And those who are above already know Yellow in person and are ready after some time to take him into their ranks.        The Yellows have "commodity-money" relationships with esotericism or religion. They recognize existence of esotericism, religion, Higher Forces, but study them not for self-knowledge, self-development but for increasing their own effectiveness in managing people and resources.        Person with Yellow level of spiritual development always has a worldview conflict with those who have Orange level of spiritual development. Each of them believes that another is mediocre spending his life: Orange - for entertainment, Yellow - for external things, like influence, authority, status. At the same time they need each other. The Yellows often use the creativity of the Oranges. On the other hand for "actualizing" the talent or even the most brilliant Orange idea, you must have at least a little "yellowness".       

       Having reached the certain level in their influence, the Yellows often begin to feel that they have reached the limit of their possibilities. They may have a feeling that "they have everything except the happiness." This indicates the beginning of the yellow-green transition.   

     There are three ways for the Yellows in this situation.    

     The first is "extensive way" when the Yellows begin to develop another area. They can go into politics, continue the Yellow Way in another territory. Or they begin to patronize. 

       The worst way, is when jaded Yellow "leaves" for self-destruction (drugs, gambling, extreme sports, etc.).    

     The third way is the way of self-improvement, the development of spirituality. There is an evolutionary way on which the Yellows ... become the Greens.    

  

Green level of spiritual development

This is a transitional level. On the green level of spiritual development, we are freed from the power of our EGO and this opens us the way to know God and our own soul.   

   On the green level of spiritual development, we begin to be guided in our manifestations by such concepts as humility, acceptance, destiny.    

    "Social games" cease to have for us the importance that we attached to them at the yellow level of spiritual development. Status, prestige, competition seem to be unimportant, not deserving our attention and our efforts. There comes an understanding that there is no other authority over us, except the power of the Higher Powers. But this does not mean at all that we become religious, because religion is also a social phenomenon. It is more about establishing contact with the Universe.   

  Simplicity and wisdom are the basic qualities of a person's personality, which is on a green level of spiritual development.   

     The main karmic task at the green level of spiritual development is to help Reds, Oranges and Yellows awake their spirituality.    The passage of the green level of spiritual development includes three stages.   

 The first stage is humility of EGO. Gradually a person begins to hear the voice of the spirit, the soul.  

  The second stage is "zero point". Often the passage of the "zero point" is accompanied by a whole series of losses in all spheres of life. The existing social ties already do not work and can't help. It may seem that the world is collapsing. But this stage is necessary, because in fact everything that is old, outdated, no longer necessary, leaves the person's life. At the same time, losing support of society, a person begins to feel support from the Higher Forces. Those who manage to pass this stage acquire real freedom.  

  At the third stage, the person returns to the real himself. He creates new contacts, finds a new job, which corresponds to his spiritual aspirations.  

   The Universe takes care of people of the green level of spiritual development, sending them clarity, warmth and wisdom.  

  

Cyan level of spiritual development

  On the green-cyan transition, the will is again "switched on". This can frighten, because it seems to the person that he again returns to the yellow level of spiritual development. But by this moment the ego is already completely subordinated to the will of the Spirit, and the person's personal desire and the desire of the Higher Self are inseparable. A man of the Cyan level does not drag others into the "bright future", but so energetically pumps others around that they understand their own karmic tasks. In it already speaks the Divine will.
    But it should be understood that the will on the cyan level of spiritual development is fundamentally different from the will on the yellow level of spiritual development. The will over the yellow level of spiritual development is the will of the Ego. The will on the cyan level of spiritual development is coordinated with the divine will. A person begins to understand that after reincarnation he will come to the world that he leaves behind today. And he realizes that he can make the world a better place, that God has no other hands but his.
 What a man does at the cyan level of spiritual development in this world, he does not for himself, but for the world. This is the level of co-creation of the divine will. A man of the cyan level of spiritual development feels, conducts and implements the divine will on the earthly, material level. A simple household example. A person walks and sees garbage. This is not his fault. But he removes garbage, because it is his street, city, planet, universe.
    At the cyan level of spiritual development, a person again returns to active activity, but this activity basically different from activity on the yellow level of spiritual development. On the yellow level of spiritual development man acts for himself, for his own good. The activity of a person at the cyan level of spiritual development is aimed at improving the whole world.
    A man of the cyan level of spiritual development begins to change the world, based on an understanding of its complexity, beauty and system. He does it carefully and environmentally.
    The cyan level of spiritual development presupposes a new level of communication with space. At the yellow level of spiritual development there is no such dialogue, a person acts on the principle: I am alive, the world is dead, I use it. On the green level of spiritual development, man realizes the principle of I am alive and the  world is alive, but at the same time the person is passive. At the cyan level of spiritual development, the man is in contact with the surrounding space and acts in accordance with the divine plan.
    As an example of a person with a cyan level of spiritual development is often called Henry Ford. Outwardly, he looks like a man of the yellow level of spiritual development, but there are fundamental differences. So, for example, he created the system of social security for workers in his factory and this changed the world.  

  Blue level of spiritual development 

Persons with blue level of spiritual development remember their past lives, their Lower Self begins growth not from the Red level, as it happens with "ordinary mortals".  The purpose of the earthly existence of such a person is in the powerful energy impact and control of the energies of the world. In the ordinary society, persons with blue level of spiritual development are not represented.  An example of a person with a blue level of spiritual development is Dalai Lama.     

  Violet level of spiritual development 

 Violet level of spiritual development is the level of the Savior who comes to the world in order to move the whole layers of consciousness of people of all levels of spiritual development, including conservative Reds. In the physical world, the Violets have not been represented for a long time already. The last incarnate of Violets was Jesus Christ.
