This is excellent!!! I love that we both posted on self-care very recently- it's definitely a main piece with this intense eclipse energy! I feel the necessity of self-care even more when there are major astrological events taking place.... upgrades!!

Yes, whenever astrolgical events takes place, I become very cautious and prepare myself to deal with crazy intense energies. Prior prepartions always save me from mood swings or emotinal instability. Keeping my vibrations high always works like a charm! 😊
