I think it would be, as there are fireproof safes (I am sure there is a limitation. I live in an apartment building however.

In a house, I would like to bury a room (there are premade units available) to survive fires and some other factors for the short-term. Perhaps under normal circumstances, it could be an entertainment area to separate it out from the house for sound insulation.
