In the Bitcoin world it's really important for one to only install open source & trusted software on their computer. This means that the integrity of the file has to be verified unless you compile it from the source. For this PGP based integrity checks are the most widely used tool of verifying the integrity of a software.

Since there is no public list of trusted fingerprints that I can find, other than keybase.io, but Steemit's blockchain is immutable after 7 days, so it's really a good idea to post here all the fingerprints so that you can check your public key against.

If you find any discrepancy, just signal it in the comment section, otherwise this could be an immutable trusted list, but you should not rely on this list only, cross verify it with other sources as well or install Web-of-Trust
