Warning: Status Token AirDrop Scam is Making Rounds
There's currently a big Status token "AirDrop" scam that's making heavy rounds. The scam in question is a stated airdrop for any Ethereum or status token holders. The scamming site is https://statustoken.im/, which is identical to the tee from the official site https://status.im/
A huge red warning flag naturally is the requirement to enter your Ethereum "private key" to participate in the airdrop.
There is absolutely no Ethereum/status airdrop.
As always, use extreme caution as phishing attempts are extremely elaborate these days.

If people can still fall for such scams, where they have no bank or service provider they can complain to and ask for a refund, then a lot of work has to be done before blockchains become mainstream.
